This is the Vidigal walk turned up to eleven. Instead of viewpoints and photo stops, the focus is the people doing the work: community education programs, women's cooperatives, environmental projects, and resident-led NGOs.
You'll meet founders, see what they actually do, and hear directly from beneficiaries. It's the version of Vidigal you only see if you stay long enough to ask the right questions. Every booking supports the community and the organizations we visit.

How much of my fee actually reaches the projects?
Every booking supports the community and the organizations we visit, on top of any direct donations or purchases you make along the way. Your fee also pays your local guide and keeps the tours running.
Can I volunteer afterwards?
Yes. Tell your guide what you do: they'll connect you to the right project for short-term or long-term volunteering.
Should I bring cash?
Handy for tips and buying from local vendors and cooperatives, but most places accept foreign cards, so no stress if you don't have cash.
