About this experience
Two Brothers (Dois Irmãos) is the iconic twin peak you see in every postcard of Ipanema. The trail starts inside Vidigal, climbs through Atlantic Forest, and ends at one of the best views in Rio.
We start in Vidigal, take a moto-taxi up to the trailhead, then hike about 40 minutes to the top. Trail is steep but short. The view is unreal: Ipanema, Copacabana, Cristo, and Pão de Açúcar all in one frame.

How hard is the hike?
Moderate. About 40 minutes up, steep but short. Anyone reasonably active can do it.
What if it rains?
We move you to the next dry slot or refund. Wet rocks at the top aren't safe.
Can kids do it?
From around age 8 with parents. Younger, better choice is the Vidigal walking tour.
Should I bring cash?
Handy for tips and optional snacks, but most places accept foreign cards, so no stress if you don't have cash.
